REGISTRATION BAG SAMPLES & TRADE SHOW DOOR PRIZES

Instructions for REGISTRATION BAG SAMPLES for attending Members: 

• Please advise Susy (susy.nagaki-koc@healthfirst.ca if you would like to include a product sample in the Member Registration Bag. 
• Keep in mind when selecting your sample to include in the bags, that a large number of our Members will be flying and will need to fit these samples in their luggage – without going overweight.  Therefore, something lightweight and small would work best.  Also, please avoid glass bottles. 
• As our Conference is local, this year, you will ship your samples directly to the Health First Network Warehouse.  See sample label below.  
• Your shipment must arrive at the HFN Warehouse between Monday, May 13 and Thursday, May 23^rd if you want your sample to be included in the bags.  Unfortunately, the warehouse will not be able to accept last minute Registration bag sample deliveries on May 24th.
• Upon shipping your samples, please email tracking and package details to steve.rouse@healthfirst.ca. You will be advised when your samples arrive.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF SAMPLES REQUIRED:  140 

Instructions for TRADE SHOW DOOR PRIZES:

• During the trade show, we will be drawing for door prizes/gift certificates (about every 20 minutes).  Members are told that they must be in attendance to win. 
• If you would like to supply a door prize, please advise Susy (susy.nagaki-koc@healthfirst.ca). 
• You can send your prize by:
  • Bringing the prize with you when you arrive at the Chelsea Hotel and hand in at the Registration Desk on Thursday, May 30;
  • Shipping directly to the HFN Warehouse – between Monday, May 13^th and Thursday, May 23^rd.  See sample label below. Please follow same instructions as above if you decide to ship to the warehouse; OR
  • Email a photo of your prize to Susy – we will print a copy of your prize and have on display.  You can then offer to ship the prize directly to the winner following the conference.
