Brand Partner SPEED DATING SESSIONS

Time: 10:30 – 12:00 noon 

Location: Table Groups 1 - 6 - Emerald Ballrooms (lobby level)

Table Groups 7 - 12 - Alpine / Glacier Rooms (2nd level)

Session Guidelines (Based on 2025 Feedback): 

• Keep it fun, engaging, and on time.

• Share new information about your company, products, and innovations.

• Smaller groups this year for better interaction.

• Members from the same store will be separated to maximize engagement - allowing Vendors to connect with more Members.

• Encourage Members to visit your booth at the Trade Show.

• Enjoy open dialogue with small groups!

❌ No AV equipment or tech support provided. 

Session Format: 

• Table Groups 1 – 6 (Lobby level) & Table Groups 7 – 12 (2nd level).

• 10 Members per table + 2 Vendor seats.

• French group will be larger and held in the Emerald Ballroom (with translation app).

• Members stay at their table; Vendors rotate every 12 minutes.

• A sound will signal when to switch tables—each Vendor visits 6 tables.
