Airport Shuttles to and from Whistler:An Airport Shuttle option has been added to the Brand Partners’ main page of the Conference Website. Simply select your preferred transfer type (bus transfer, private transfer, etc.), enter your travel dates, and click Search. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking.
Please note:
The bus transfer is open to the public, so departure times may not always be ideal and could require you to leave earlier than preferred.
You may wish to coordinate with other Vendors and share a private transfer for greater convenience.

HOTEL RATE: HFN has negotiated a rate of $299 + taxes per night for double occupancy. If you require 3 people per room, there will be an additional charge of $30.00 per night.
PRE CONFERENCE HOTEL RATES:The Westin Hotel is fully booked from Monday, May 25, through Wednesday, May 27. If you need a room for any of these nights, you can book at the Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites using the link below. We have a block of rooms available for all three nights at $299 plus taxes. The room type is a One-Bedroom Suite, which includes: a separate bedroom; a living area with a couch and fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and more. The Delta is a 7–10 minute walk through the Lower Village to the Westin.

PARKING AT THE HOTEL:Underground self-parking is available for $34 per night and Valet parking is $38 per night.
CANCELLATION: Please notify Kathy Micallef, Health First Network by Monday, May 13, 2026 if you need to cancel or modify your hotel room booking. Failure to notify us of any changes by this date WILL result in you being billed for any hotel room, food and beverage charges incurred by us.
